New Year Your Tea Detox

Happy New Year! I honestly can't believe how fast this year has gone. I must sound like a chanting mantra I swear, but I really can't believe it.

I'm not going to be one of those people who says the new year new me bullshit. As lets face it, if I wanted to change I would have done it yesterday. The point is though, that with each year that goes by you reflect on what you did that year and think to yourself, what have I accomplished?
Now I haven't accomplished anything I can really shout about in 2016, so for myself 2017 will be the year I go out and get what I want.

No more sitting around waiting for things to happen, I'm going out and I'm getting those things one way or another.

If you have been following me on my Twitter this past year you will know a few things about myself.

  1. I love to read, and will continue to do so forever and ever
  2. I admire those who spread positivity about MH and I also try to do so whenever possible
  3. I talk about a lot of random crap most of the time, but who really cares
  4. I am constantly on a maintaining my weight challenge, which basically means I eat chocolate and pizza until the scales say I can't, and I'm happy with that.

That is where today's post comes in. With it being new years day and having eaten ten times the amount I usually would of this past week. A your tea detox is exactly what I need in my life right now.

I had such an amazing experience using their happy tea, that I just knew I had to go back for another.

As I'm only now starting this beauty today, I will check in again a few weeks from now to let you all know how I'm getting on. In the mean time have a lovely day with whatever it is you all may be doing! I for one didn't wake up 'till almost eleven and have a roast dinner to get to.

I will check in with you all later on Twitter!

Until then.

    1. The packaging was one of the main reasons I got it, doesn't it just look so visually appealing!
I've never tried the Pukka ones, I shall have to give that ago next time.

Happy New Year to you too!
