Homemade Brownies: A Gluten Free Christmas

Hello and welcome to the 10th day of Blogmas!

As it is the weekend, and getting that bit nearer to Christmas. I thought this would be the perfect time to share with you one of my favourite Gluten Free recipes.

Chocolate Brownies have got to be one of my favourite things to eat at this time of year. Minus the delicious mince pies and cookies of course.

To make these star shaped brownies, all you need is;

200g Butter
200g Dark Chocolate
200g Gluten Free Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Cocoa
150g Golden Caster Sugar
125 mls milk

Just simply mix all of this together, bake for around 15 - 20 minutes. Let them cool down for 5 minutes before using your star cutter and tasting these yummy goodies.

Today's post is short but sweet. I think we can all agree though, we would much rather be eating these rather than reading about them.

So on that note, I best get baking some more as they have all magically gone!
