Your Tea Happy Tea

If I'm honest, I'm not sure why I decided to order this. I guess things have been a bit odd lately, and it had some strange appeal to me. Before we get into what the Tea actually does, I think we should think about what Happy means to us.

Happy can mean so many different things, I mean years ago Gay meant Happy. Not that it doesn't now, just these days it isn't usually referred to as that. That's not the point though, the point is happy can mean something different to each individual. I'm not a particularly positive person, I do try to be but it just doesn't usually work out that way. So to get in the mode of thinking happy, I'm going to think of a few things which put this meaning to light.

Chocolate and decaf tea are an obvious choice, but how about waking up and seeing my boyfriends face for the first time in the morning. To me it's also starting a book, realising it's going to be incredible and enjoying every single bit for as long as I can. It's catching up with friends that mean the absolute world to me, because life gets in the way and you realise you can't spend every day with them like you used to.
I believe it's important to reflect sometimes, make a list and put down what really makes you happy. Even if it's the smallest of things, it's still important, because it's something that makes you who you are. The point is that when you think about it, there are so many things in life that can make each individual feel this emotion.

Unfortunately though, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Which means feeling this emotion becomes difficult and non existent. Happy suddenly becomes a thing of the past, and faking a smile and putting on a pretence that your the happiest person around, is like second nature.
It's a sad realisation, but an all to real fact for so many of us these days.

So here we are, the reason for purchasing the delightful product that is Happy Tea.

In this box you receive 40 tea bags, which are presented in a beautiful box. I mean who doesn't love having something which looks pleasing to the eye, I know I definitely can't help but get excited over things like this.

For the next 20 days, I plan to drink one of these at breakfast, and a second in the evening. The main focus points of drinking these are;

  • to increase your mood
  • alleviate stress
  • ease your anxiety
  • calm your digestion

From what I spoke about at the beginning of this post. Being happy can also be effected by your stress levels, your anxiety and your mood. By drinking this tea 2 - 3 times a day, it will allow you to relax and hopefully feel more at ease within yourself.

I'm currently nearing towards the end of my first week, and so far they have helped me tremendously. Another plus is they also taste really nice, which can sometimes be a bit hit and miss with products like these.

When trying new product like this, you have to keep an open mind on what to expect. When you are feeling down or lost. Stressed or even agitated, it's important to remember not everything can be cured over night. It takes time, and trying a whole lot of different things to see which is right for you individually.
Myself I have found it to be really helpful in alleviating stress, increasing my mood and easing stress. All things which I know to well. I would recommend to those who suffer with similar issues to give it ago, but to remember that there is no such thing as a miracle worker. Just that sometimes even the smallest bit of help, can feel like the biggest thing sometimes.

As I am writing this blog entry I'm currently on day 6, and considering I'm not a fan of herbal tea, I've found myself to be really enjoying it.

For value of money, I think they are a really good buy. I would definitely recommend to you all.
Your Tea also does a lot of other variations which might take your fancy, so be sure to take a look.

I've already got my next detox on it's way and I could not be more excited.
Until next time.
